At AllFresh, we believe that clear expectations lead to the best results. Our policies are here to make sure every cleaning runs smoothly for you and for our team. Below is a summary of our key policies for your convenience.

Terms and Conditions

Booking & Scheduling

  • Contact us directly to reserve your cleaning.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email after booking.

  • Please note: Online Booking Coming Soon!

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service cost.

  • If we arrive and cannot access the property, we’ll wait up to 15 minutes before marking it as a lockout. The full service cost will be charged.

Payments

  • Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • For recurring clients, payment will be processed after each cleaning.

Supplies & Equipment

  • We bring all professional supplies and equipment.

  • If you prefer us to use your products, please leave them out for our team.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Payments are non-refundable once a service is completed.

  • If something was missed, please let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll return to touch up the area at no extra cost.

Access to Property

  • Please ensure we have proper access to the property (lockbox, door code, or spare key).

  • We cannot accept responsibility for unlocked or unsecured homes after service.

Pets

  • Pets must be secured in a safe area during cleaning.

  • We do not provide pet care services (walking, feeding, or litter box cleaning).

Minors & Clients in the Home

  • For safety, children under 18 must not be left unsupervised during cleaning.
  • If minors are present, they must remain in a separate room.

  • We kindly ask clients to avoid staying in the same area where cleaners are working.

Health & Safety

  • We do not clean hazardous materials (mold, biohazards, bodily fluids, or pet waste).

  • Our cleaners will not climb ladders or reach high ceilings/light fixtures.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or unsanitary.

Valuables Policy

  • Our team will never intentionally touch or move valuables. Please store away cash, jewelry, or important documents before cleaning.

  • We cannot be held responsible for the loss of unsecured valuables.

Photos, Videos & Recording

  • Clients are not permitted to record or photograph cleaners without consent.

  • If you wish to record a portion of the cleaning, please ask for permission first.

  • If you have security cameras, please let us know before the appointment so our team is aware.
